Dry winter nettle

Winter nettle.

One of the methods of getting fiber from nettle is a collection of dried stems in early spring, when new nettles begin to come to life.

Rain, snow, wind, in general- nature does the necessary work for us then: retting, drying the stalks of the nettle.

The fiber can be found on nettles, which look a bit darker than others. I took the fiber off gently to get the longest bandwidth.
